It’s the month of romance, so here’s another ambitious TBR I’m going to try to get through for the month of February! If you want to participate in the Romance #Readathon, here’s the link to get all the info.
Grab your Bingo Card!
As I mentioned previously, I am not playing to win anything, but there are prizes when you enter your BINGO info, which consists of marking off 5 squares in a row or blacking out your card. The form requires links to the reviews you left for the books you read during the month of February, and winners will be drawn at random from those submissions.
Anyway, here are the books I plan to read for this month from the BINGO card.
A Book Set in Paris:
Enemies to Lovers:
An Audio Book:
A Sexy Rom-Com:
A Book With Nonhuman Characters:
A Fairy Tale Retelling:
A Hero With an Accent:
Alpha Billionaire Hero:
A Futuristic Romance:
That is all I plan to try for this month, and these are all books on my TBR that I’m really interested in reading, which means I’m really really really looking forward to seeing how much of this list I can get through in these 28 days of February.
What BINGO squares are you most excited about marking off, and which books will you read for them? Let me know!
Is it just me, or is there something really exciting about building a TBR list for the month? Maybe that’s the control freak inside me who likes to plan out details. Yes, I’m one who makes plans to make plans. It’s a thing.
The importance of already starting my February TBR list, though, is because of the upcoming Romance #Readathon hosted by
But I Need Some Help!
So today, @rbdotblog released the first peek at the BINGO card for the Readathon, the sort of guide on what to read. There are prizes involved if you can get a BINGO during the month of February, but for me, this is just going to be for the fun of it because I think I’d like to jump around and just read the tropes I’m really interested in. Ok, maybe like the top 5 or 6. I’m a fairly slow reader, and we only have a month.
The tropes I would really like to read from this list are:
- A book set in Paris
- Angsty Romance (going to read an ARC of Art of Sin by L.M. Halloran)
- An Audiobook (Birthday Suit by Lauren Blakely)
- A Hero with an Accent
- Alpha Billionaire Hero (Deal With the Devil by Meghan March)
- A Futuristic Romance
So obviously I have an idea of which books I will read for a few of these, but I need your best recommendations of Romance books with the other 3 tropes:
A book set in Paris | A Hero with an accent | A futuristic romance
Any sub-genre of romance is fair game. <3 Help me out! Pleeeeeeeaaase???
Also, which tropes are you going to read for the readathon? Are you going to go for BINGO, or skip around?

It’s that time again! The time of the month when we announce our Romance Book Club read, and this month is going to be good. I just know it will be because it’s a book written by one of my all time favorite authors who never fails to bring it, and I’m told that this particular book is supposed to be one of her most romantic books she’s ever written.
So, without further delay, I’m pleased to announce the pick for this month…
Happy New Year! Let’s do some reading. 🙂
Ok, so I have to admit, my TBR list seems a little ambitious for January. At least for me, it does. I usually read about one book per week, usually in the form of audio books. However, there are a couple books on this list that I’ll be reading in ebook format because audio is not available.
Here’s the full list for starters, and then I’ll talk a little about why each of these below.Read More
